EXPERIENCE LEVEL FOR NON-DIVERS
PADI BUBBLEMAKER
Treat your kids to an extraordinary holiday experience. If they are aged 8 to 10 and are comfortable in the water, the PADI Bubblemaker is the perfect program to get them started with their diving adventure. This one-hour session will take place in the shallow part of the lagoon with a maximum depth of 2m/6ft, under the supervision of a dive instructor. They do not need to be expert swimmers, but they should be at least comfortable when in the water. They will learn how to use scuba equipment specially designed for kids and how to breathe underwater. The best part is, they get to see up-close the vibrant marine life on the island.
PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING
Are you ready to take your very first underwater breath? Discover Scuba Diving is an easy “try dive” session for those aged 10 and above. This experience, or trial program, is for those who want to see what it feels like to breathe underwater before committing to a diving course. Here you will learn some basic diving skills, including how to use the scuba equipment. The session will take place in the shallow part of the lagoon under the supervision of a dive instructor. This program does not include certification. However, if it includes diving in open water, it can be credited towards a PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water course later.
